The Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs coordinates faculty recruitment, academic program development and review, 学生成功计划, 毕业典礼, 研究和经济发展, inter国家 and global initiatives, 社区拓展和服务.

Academic Affairs 任务 and 愿景

Meet the Provost and Vice President

教务长Christopher J. 奥尔森, 博士学位, is the Chief Academic Officer and Vice President of Academic Affairs for bc菠菜导航, providing primary administrative leadership, 方向, and evaluation for all academic activities and faculty affairs of the University. The Provost collaborates with the President in setting overall 学术优先级 for the University. Reviewing the University’s Strategic Plan, the Provost works closely with the Vice President of Student Affairs to expand student pathways and access to higher education and increase student success and completion.

The Provost also oversees the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management to help guide the University’s recruitment and retention efforts. The Provost maintains a close working relationship with the leadership of the University 教师 Senate. The Provost is also the chairperson of the 毕业典礼 Committee.
